Halloween Chia Pudding Recipe

Looking for a fun dessert that is tasty and healthy? Amwell registered dietitian, Cristina Cavanaugh, put a Halloween spin on her go-to chia seed pudding recipe by adding a green matcha powder. Then she used a skull mug, which you can likely find at your local party shop or dollar store. Learn the ins and outs of this fun recipe below!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of sweetened green matcha powder
- add 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup if using unsweetened matcha powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and whisk again to prevent clumping, repeat 1-2 more times.
- Repeat 1—2 more times, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight
- Serve chilled
