Doing Brandt-Daroff exercises will help with vertigo symptoms, especially for people who have benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and labyrinthitis. The Brandt-Daroff exercise involves starting in an upright, seated position. From there, lay down on one side of the body with your nose pointed slightly up, remain in this position for 30 seconds, and then repeat on the other side. This exercise can help the body get accustomed to confusing signals that cause vertigo.
